Colin O’Brady ALSO Breaks Seven Summits Speed Record in 132 Days

7 summits record

7 summits record

You won’t believe it. As if the Explorers Grand Slam wasn’t enough, we’re so excited to announce that Colin has set another record!

He can now claim the title of fastest person to climb the Seven Summits: Mt. Vinson (Antarctica), Aconcagua (South America), Kilimanjaro (Africa), Carstensz Pyramid (Australia/Oceania), Mt. Elbrus (Europe), Mt. Everest (Asia), and Denali (North America). Beginning with Mt. Vinson on January 17th and ending on May 27th on the summit of Denali, Colin completed the Seven Summits in just 132 days.

Colin beat the previous record of 134 days set in 2010 by legendary climber and inspiring friend, Vern Tejas. What an achievement – a double record! Congratulations Colin, speed world record holder for both the Explorers Grand Slam and the Seven Summits!
